Method and Philosophy

Patient centred care, that takes into account the quality of life of the patient and their family, not just an x-ray.
Method
During the process of scoliosis treatment, patients and their parents need to take very important decisions. The more information you give them and the more knowledgeable they are about which treatments are effective, evidence based treatments and which are not, the more confident they are in making those decisions.
Philosophy
An informal environment for patients and their families based on international scientific standards where scoliosis is no longer just an x-ray and treatment is based in multi-disciplinary team work and good communication.
